There is nothing better for your heating and/or air conditioning system than annual maintenance. Annual maintenance allows your system to work at peak efficiency year in and year out. A system that is maintained annually experiences considerably fewer breakdowns.
This virtually eliminates the need for you to pay for costly repairs. You’ll enjoy the peace of mind in knowing that your system is saving you money on your utility bills every time it comes on. In some instances, the energy savings are enough to pay the cost of the planned annual maintenance service.

Heating Maintenance
• Clean and inspect burners
• Inspect combustion setting for optimum combustion efficiencies
• Inspect furnace for combustion leaks, safety shut off response, belt wear, and alignment
• Inspect motor bearings
• Check and calibrate thermostat
• Carbon monoxide test
• Test safety controls
• Measure volts/amps on motor

Cooling Maintenance
• Clean and inspect AC for oil and refrigerant leaks
• Inspect bearings
• Inspect safety devices and blower
• Check refrigerant level in system

• Check and calibrate thermostat
• Inspect contractor

Terms & Conditions
Exclusions
Refrigerant isn’t included but is available during your appointment.
Filters are not included but you can order filters. We can assist you in ordering online by calling our office, you will need a credit card to complete the order through our Filter Fetch Partner.
If the inspection reveals clogged drain lines during the maintenance, the technician will blow out the HVAC lines. Still, we reserve the right to reject or retract Membership Service Club if upon inspection by servicing the result would not be satisfactory to both parties.
Transfer & Cancellations
Service Club Memberships are transferable. If you sell your home, you can transfer to your new home or gift the remaining services to the new owner, friend, or family. We do ask that you contact the Planned Service Coordinator at (972) 564-9785 in the event of a transfer.
Service Club Memberships are non-refundable or exchangeable for other services.
Annual and monthly membership subscriptions are subject to review if a termination or early cancellation is requested. In certain cases, this may result in additional fees to account for discounts received and other services provided through the membership.
Annual membership subscriptions canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund, provided no plan benefits have been used, including but not limited to membership discounts or maintenance visits completed.
Annual Shield Memberships renew each year in the anniversary month, while Monthly Memberships require an initial 12-month commitment and then renew on a month-to-month basis.
