I was running late. Scott had no problem waiting on me and even apologize to me for not calling me first even though I was the one late. He basically checked my system and within a few minutes he had it up and running. I only paid the $99 diagnostic fee and he was well inform on upgrading my system and pointed out the pros of doing that soon. When Scott left I felt I was well informed out by air system and what changes I need to make to in the future.
