Service was to tune up furnace. Jimmy was on time which is rare with a lot of companies these days. Service was completed in a timely manner. Results were explained clearly. Giving Jimmy 5 stars! The company also has a 24 hour answering service which is very useful as I had to change my appointment time the day before on a Sunday evening. They were able to change my appointment to the next day.

We love working with Coomes. Every experience we have had with them is great. We have been using Coomes for about around 7 years and every experience reinforces that choice. They are timely, friendly, honest, helpful and quick. Brian B. came out today on a Sunday to help us out. The compressor wasn’t working on one of our units. Turns out it was a simple fix. He answered all my questions and when I asked him how much to write the check for he told it was no charge because I had the parts on hand I and they had been out the week before. What great service. The only HVAC company we will use.

Jimmy came out for a not easy to diagnose issue. My a/c was constantly tripping the breaker. It wasn't an easy issue to duplicate but he checked everything out and stayed until he was able to duplicate the problem. He diligence was so impressive - he was NOT going to give up. Very professional and friendly as well. Thank you for sending him out! I also appreciate the prompt service I received. Got in the same day I called for service. The service call was significantly lower priced than the company I have been using for the last couple years.
