Abel provided "Top Notch Service!" He was very friendly and informative as he diligently worked to assess the issues with our unit. Since our unit is only 3 years old, I had the original insaller come out to check the unit as I was sure the unit was still under warranty. I was informed that the fan motor needed to be replaced. The service technician never attempted to check the warranty although I mentioned it numerous times. I was given an invoice estimate of 745 dollars. After deciding I would seek a second opinion, I contacted your company. I was able to get an appointment the following day. After assessing the unit, Abel kept my husband and I abreast of everthing he was doing. He noticed that the date on the motor was only several years old. He took the initiative to call to verify the warranty. Since the unit was still under warranty, he was able to call and get a temporary fan motor to install until our new motor was ordered. Immediately after the motor arrived an appointment was made for it to be installed. THANKS so much to Coomes Air and Abel for your very timley response, attention, and diligence in helping provided comfort to our family during this very HOT SUMMER.

Coomes sent Josh out the same day I requested help with my A/C. I'd just had another company come by earlier in the morning, and they said my system couldn't be fixed since it was low on freon that had been discontinued. A new system would have cost me over $8,000. As it turned out, Josh discovered that my freon level was fine. Instead, it was the fan. Saved me thousands! Josh was amazing.
