Our heating system stopped working this morning and William G was dispatched to our house. William diagnosed the issue and resolved the issue quickly. He also advised of a potential issue regarding the motor and discussed the options to get out ahead of the issue to prevent a future failure. William is not only a skilled and knowledgeable Tech, he is an absolute Gentleman. I plan on calling Coombs to ask that when we have out seasonal inspections done that William G is requested to be the Tech that services our unit.

The technician arrived at the time expected. He called on out 10 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on the way. He took the time needed to inspect the heater, clean it, put in a new filter. He then went thru the house and checked all the bents to make sure the heater was circulating thru all the vents.
