How to begin this. 1st it has been a few years since I have felt like I was getting the service that has kept me with Coomes for 30 years. 2nd Abel went above and beyond to make sure that we - ‘senior citizens’ could have A/C today. 3rd all the while he was getting us running any which way he could he was explaining the new A/C requirements taking effect Jan 2024, answering all questions reguarding the different types of units available. Never pushing one over the other until I asked for his opinion after forming my own. With all that being said it’s a wonderful to feel like honesty and integrity were at the heart of the service call on a damp humid Sunday morning. Thank you Abel for providing the ‘Coomes’ experience. What a blessing you are to their company.
