The Coomes technician was on time for the scheduled appointment, professional, friendly, and courteous. He explained everything he was doing in easy to understand terms and completed the job quickly. Before leaving he provided me with a hard copy checklist of everything that was inspected and the reasons for each rating. I also appreciate the technician took the time to respect my house by wearing protective booties when inside my home and placing mats on the floor near the work area.
