My tech, Eddie, was fantastic. He showed as scheduled and came totally prepared for the job. He had a great personality and was also dressed very neat and clean. Great job and thank you.
My heater started acting up. Called at 9:30am ,had a technician come out that afternoon and resolved my problem. Abel M. was our technician. He let me know when he was on his way, parked where we asked him to park. Was very polite. He heard our concerns and went straight to work. Afterwards he went over the work he had done and also made a few recommendations for the future that he thought we needed. Explained the pricing and finance terms. This is my second time dealing with Coomes and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again
