Great Service, but your price increase was very sharp. It put me against the wall. If I didn't renew my year contract it would have voided the 10 year warranty for my system. The 10 year warranty was on of the reasons I brought the system. But now a few years later Coomes changes the rules to my purchase. I'm not a happy camper.

This is at least the second time Jimmy has been here. As all your service men are, he's great.

I forgot about the AC checkup but you (Coomes) called me back in a couple of days and you were able to come out that day.
