Jimmy was here to make sure our new furnace was properly installed. We had noticed a leak in our ceiling and called it to his attention. It was from an overflow pipe in the attic. He replaced the pipe so it wouldn't happen again. I don't think there are other companies that would do this. Give Jimmy 5 stars from uw!

Our upstairs unit went out about noon on Friday. I called and was told the earliest time was Sat. morning at 8. At 6:30 Fri night Tanner was at our door and repaired our unit. This is outstanding service. We've used Coomes for many years and are so pleased with their work.

Great Service, but your price increase was very sharp. It put me against the wall. If I didn't renew my year contract it would have voided the 10 year warranty for my system. The 10 year warranty was on of the reasons I brought the system. But now a few years later Coomes changes the rules to my purchase. I'm not a happy camper.

This is at least the second time Jimmy has been here. As all your service men are, he's great.

I called Coomes for my spring checkup, but we were not able to set a date for the checkup. I forgot about the AC checkup but you (Coomes) called me back in a couple of days and you were able to come out that day. Thank you very much, it’s refreshing dealing with a company that really cares about it customs.
