Tanner did an outstanding job while in our attic. Checking out the heat exchanger for any damage, as well as replacing the broken fan motor mount. as it was an older unit he did not have the part on the truck but went to get it and was back and had everything installed within two hours. Works perfectly now and no weird noises.

Experience was great

I noticed my secondary condensation drain was active which indicates my unit's main condensation drain was blocked. I called Coomes at 2:30 pm and they were at my door within an hour. Tanner, the service tech, went to work immediately. He went into the attic in this dreadful heat and determined the drain was blocked. He cleared the blockage and was careful to not make a mess where the drain connected to the P-trap underneath the sink in the bathroom. I am very pleased with the response time and the courtesy your employees exhibit both in the office and in the field.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Coomes. Knowing they regularly check my system gives me some peace of mind.

Good Service

As always, the service I receive from Coomes has was stellar. Jimmy went about his work quickly and professionally. Clearly, he is highly skilled. More importantly, to me, is that the office is always in "communicate mode". They call me to remind me service is due, they call 20-30 minutes before the technician has been dispatched, and are ALWAYS concerned about MY inconvenience and what day and what time would be best for me. A price cannot be placed on the value that is to me.

the guys were great!

My service technician has a new job, so this visit was a "new guy", to me, anyway. Jimmy was on time, clean, pleasant, courteous and efficient. Since this was his first visit to my house, he needed me to show him where my equipment was located. After that, I barely saw him until he was finished. Jimmy is exactly the kind of technician I have come to expect when Coomes comes out for service. Good job!
