Victor is a most kind, considerate and compassionate representative of your Company. The stairs leading to my attic was loose and Victor, seeing this could be a problem tightened them for me. No one working on my home has ever taken the time to do anything like this for me. Since I am an elderly lady I cannot always handle this type of problem and I am very grateful to him for this consideration. Companies should have more people like Victor representing them.
