Technician was prompt, polite, friendly, and very professional. He knew what to do and accomplished all system checks accurately. He then explained in plain language everything that was done and the status of the system.

I always feel very comfortable knowing Scott has come to my house to work on my HVAC system. He is thorough. He has complete. He is kind and he listens. He does a great job of keeping the system running and letting me know what I need to know to keep the system at its best. He takes time to be all the things. When I think I can’t be impressed anymore Coomes A/C always make me eat the words. Today they sent out Jeff Lorenz for my post-install inspection on my new air handler. Jeff came out inspected my install and corrected a small issue that I didn’t even know about. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of everything going on with my unit. How many companies come back out and inspect their own work? You want quality then call Coomes A/C
